The staff in Costa Bedale are so polite & you don't feel as rushed as you do in other Costa's I've been to. Last time we were in there the fire alarm went off (we were told not to worry, there's no fire), it was an issue that when the door opened it seemed to set it off. It's very quiet and it has a cosy space if you want to be away from the front door sounds.

Use to good but since they’ve had a change over of management not as good as it was, nothing against the staff they’re very pleasant
