Amazing, fresh scones and really good tea and coffee - the service was brilliant too since we felt welcomed from the moment we came in. Overall, a great visit and we will definitely return in the future!

We popped in shortly before closing time on a Sunday afternoon and were met with a warm welcome. The rhubarb pie and cream, along with the bakewell tart, were superb. The tea was piping hot, and the service was outstanding. We will most definitely be back to try more of their menu!

Called in about 1 ish one day last week. Sat in the garden with a wonderful view. Owner Steve was very sociable when serving. We had a lovely wensleydale cheese and yorkshire pickle sandwich and a beef and horseradish along side a lovely salad and crisps which was very nicely presented and very tasty Will definitely call again next time we are in the area. Deserves a 10/10 for service and food

What a gem of a place!
Delicious well priced fluffy cappuccino and spot-on hot chocolate served promptly with a charming side of banter. Felt really welcomed too. Lovely.

We first came 2 years ago and we were back in the area and had to visit again. The food is delish, all home made and the owner is lovely. We will definitely be back again on our next visit. If your local or visiting the area defiantly pop in you will not be disappointed.

We always get a superb welcome from Steve & Sandra at Hamilton's, even though we are from 'over the water' (1 mile away) in Carperby. Today I had a superb pork and mushroom pie (a special) but I often have the ham salad or a toastie, while my wife usually has a soup & sandwich combo. The coffee's good, the banter's great and the prices are reasonable. Go here soon, spend some money, so maybe Steve can calm down about how much the new coffee machine cost. Thank you.

We visited Hamilton?s tearoom for a second time as we?d had such a fantastic experience the last time in 2024. And yet again we were not disappointed, the food was delicious as before all freshly prepared and homemade. A special mention for the homemade tomato, roast pepper and Wensleydale cheese soup which was incredible.
Such a cosy location with a brilliant host who makes you feel so welcome.
If only we lived closer as we?d visit more often. But will always be a must for us when we visit the Dales in the future.

We stopped in here the other day and what a fantastic experience!
The food was fresh and tasted lovely.
Best part of our visit was the 'banter' we had with the owner, great sense of humour which is a rarety to see these days. Would highly recommend visiting if your in the Dales.

Excellent nice cafe, great food, humorous staff, great atmosphere. Should you be on route to Hawes, stop here and don't bother stopping in Hawes.

Stopped at Hamilton?s Tea Room on a rainy afternoon with my partner. Tea for two was exceptional, the owner?s humour was the cherry on the top. Lovely place, I would recommend stopping by if you?re in the area!
