Pigs, chickens, goats, alpacas. Farm shop. You can purchase foodstuffs to feed the farm animals. Café is dog and family friendly, so expect it to be busy and noisy, with a wait for tables. The hounds of the baskervilles were doing a non stop howl chorus when I visited. Beetroot latté was OK. The Vibes Bowl at £12.95 was an amazing, incredible platter - colourful, nourishing, tasty, with gorgeous beetroot. (and that's from someone who used to hate the stuff! Blame school dinners!) If I had realised the portion size, I would not have ordered the parmesan and truffle fries. The latter came in a top heavy cup which promptly fell over and disgorged its contents over the table top. Great decor in the caff with pallette walls, wooden crate lightshades and colander lamps. The cakes looked incredible, but I didn't have room for one. Only downside which lost it a star was the tall, young, slim chap who served me my Buddha Bowl having his thumb well ensconced in the bowl on serving. Yikes and yuk. I used to work in hospitality. Big no no putting your digits inside customers' cups, glasses, plates. Keep your digits outside the eating area, please. Food was great and plentiful, but I'd advise avoiding the typically busy times.

We had a party at Yolk farm for our daughters 2nd birthday. We were very happy with the service and the space, the kids had a great time and the food was a hit too.We had an allocated party area and were able to bring our own decorations which was great.I would recommend.Thank you Yolk Farm!

Absolutely going back here! The food was fantastic - best eggs benedic ever!!! The shop is wonderful, so much good stuff... Wanted to buy everything!!! We took our two doggos as well, the whole farm is dog friendly... even the cafe. The yolk farm is Definately worth visiting ??

Good location and good set up. The owners have created a handy community destination.Unfortunately the shop here is a total rip off, with some goods being many times more expensive than you can buy them elsewhere easily.

Very disappointing Yorkshire cooked breakfast. First time I have needed to send back a cooked breakfast. The beans were cold on my plate and then my partner realised her beans and fired egg were also cold. Eventually got hot breakfasts but with a now cold cuppa. I felt that the the breakfast was overpriced for the price - served with one small piece of sliced toast for over £13 and not even the offer of a free cuppa for our issues!!

Crafting fun for children at Yard at Yolk is an absolute rip off, do not waste your money. We paid £10 for 2 children to get access, yes they can play on a few bikes and in a sand pit, but the crafting part is a joke. There was a paper plate hung on a wall and a table with the necessary bits of paper, paper plate and some glue to make a pig face. There is no instruction, you just sit down and the children have to try and copy the plate hanging on the wall. that's it, 1 paper plate for £5.00. Absolute disgrace. We spoke to a couple of other Mums and they too wondered what on earth they had paid for. You do get a voucher for a hot chocolate for the child but have to go into the cafe to be able to use this. Quite frankly after the 'joke' the crafting was, we were not going to contribute any further spending at Yolk, quite sad as we have visited Yolk many times before.

Visited Santa's grotto. The two elves and Santa wee absolutely lovely with my two year old granddaughter. Farm shop was really good aswell. Lots of animals to look at. The staff were helpful and welcoming All in all a really enjoyable visit would definitely recommend it.

It was our first time at yolk and i had a bacon and egg roll which was lovely. Hot chocolate was also nice and my family thoroughly enjoyed it too.

Amazing visit to see Santa. A magical experience ,could not believe the attention to detail. Mrs Claus set the scene and of course Santa was all you would expect.

We came along to see Santa again this year and it was amazing. Personal touches, reindeer food, fun, lots of attention to detail and Santa was amazing. Lovely gift too! Would definitely recommend.
