Worst breakfast I've had since as far back as I can remember: over-cooked egg, cold bacon and awful coffee resulting in terrible heart-burn laying all day. Won't be back... ever!

Won?t be using again, called for a drive thu after a long day.. made to wait at the unoccupied order terminal, served by what can only be described as a rude young male staff member who thrust our food at us and simply exclaimed ?Here? then went to make drinks chatting with his friend whilst we waited.. again thrusting them with little more than a grunted ?Here? with no carrier..
on arriving home the order was incorrect, a Big Arch meal was provided as the worst Big Mac I?ve ever eaten. 1/2 portions of cold fries.
Worst franchise in York, should be ashamed of itself.

It's not every day I would give a 5 star to a maccys, but I forgot my phone, went back in a panic and gge manager had been given it by a table of police having breakfast !!! Lol

I was hungry. I don't normally go to fast food places and, after this experience, will probably never go to one again. The chips were not cooked properly and were pale and anaemic, when I opened the wrap, everything fell out - I may have missed something, but thought the food was supposed to be wrapped in a wrap. Not at all value for money. Yes, I could have complained, but, as I said already, I was hungry - should have gone to M and S!

Utterly awful food, chips not cooked, chicken burger not even Luke warm , they managed to do the drinks but I think that's automatic! Just avoid your body and your wallet will thank you!
