Cashier watched me starting to unload onto the belt then it was announced it was closing. Cashier couldnt even be bothered to speak to me to tell me she was closing. Went to self checkout & waited 2mins for approval of the energy drink. They didnt have any dark choc rice cakes or a single protein mousse which is what i went for. Disappointed!

Better than the James Street Lidl.
Have more staff on the checkouts than previously, so queues aren't quite as bad as they were.
Please keep the checkouts, as the JS branch is a disaster now with their new self service and barriers.
Staff all seem(ed) friendly also, where as JS branch are approx 50% friendly.
Need to be alert in the car park as cars drive from all directions. Could be safer with a 1 way system.
*amended from previous 5* as yesterday's visit was spoilt by a new checkout operative trying to get into the Guinness Book of Records at the same time as checking me out, by calling a customer Sir the most during a single checkout. Hopefully they won't last long as the staff are normally pleasent here.

Fabulous new lay out & looks feels much better & how quick was the turn around.
New self service checked, so rather than waiting with a few bits being able to use them is good, i wouldn't do a big shop though. Was a little complicated to start with like most things.

Shopping in Lidl today, was helped by Derek The Manager, he took Time to help me and his customer service skills were amazing, I'm a regular customer here, the staff are very friendly, Derek Thanks you made my day!

We found the store to be a little untidy today with lots of gaps on the shelves,but this was a Saturday afternoon,so guess they had been very busy
Also I had offers on the app,but would have liked shelf edge labels for these items to confirm they were the ones.Some had them,but some didn't.

I like Lidl but this shop is always short of staff or just way behind. No pastries been done. Always I need to fight out trough empty boxes on shelf to take the product if it?s even filled up. They should put out new products on Thursday but you can forget it .
