If I could give this place Zero stars I would. One star is too much. I have never met someone who works with people but has such a rude and poor attitude towards customers, I asked a simple question as to if my parcel had been sent as evri said it had not and was essentially asked to leave and was spoken to in such a confrontational a way that really made me feel tearful and upset when I left.such a confrontational owner I have no idea how you run a business this way. Don?t use this shop unless you want to be spoken to like garbage. This is in my village but I will go far out of my way to use any other store to avoid having to return to this shop

Excellent collection, and super customer service, price all mostly price mark products so no comments for that, so excellent service .

One star is too much!I grew up in Copmanthorpe and my folks still live there, opposite the shops. I came to visit and stay over last weekend. I parked over night in the car park which I always do and this time I got a fine. £100 to park in the village car park! Who has the right to put this in place.I've heard on the grapevine this newsagent is responsible. I think it's disgusting. A perfect way to alienate locals and stop them going in the shop.Personally I'll be telling everyone I know and never, ever going in there again.Absolutely shocking.
