Do not park car outside of this shop or you risk being fined £100. I didn?t even leave the site I was 5 mins in the shop. I will never use this coop again

I will never use CO-OP again, after been fined over £100 for not been able to pay, as there is no machine to actually pay!!
But they do have someone waiting to catch you out taking pictures.
why should I be under pressure when shopping? If your reading this, ask yourself, why should I pay to shop when food prices are through the roof as it is?
CO-OP if you find the time to read this, then as you can clearly see, this is absolutely disgusting.
You need to speak to Regent Buildings property management!!!!

Avoid at all cost. Got a parking charge for £100 for 6 minutes parking outside Coop in Acomb just to get a pint of milk. Landowners are getting greedier and greedier!!!

Do not use the NPM carpark outside of this building. They will attempt to charge you £100 without providing evidence of wrongdoing. Very disappointed CO-OP would associate with a predatory company like this.

the Coop do NOT charge for Parking...the owner of the land has done it and there is plenty OF LARGE signs to say that. I still love the Coop...

Ignoring the monstrosity of the parking situation and horrific prices, Emma Rose on till is extremely rude. A hello or at least some eye contact wouldn?t go a miss. Why employ people who clearly don?t want to be there and act like your an inconvenience to them.

I will not be using this store again due to their new and appalling car park management. I parked in the COOP car park, went into the COOP, made a purchase in the COOP, the fine is for leaving their 'site' for 3 mins and crossing the road to go to bakery. Even though as I say I made purchase in coop, also was their under the 30 mins, was COOP customer. Wasn't aware of the rule I could not leave 'their' site for 3 mins while my car was parked there. Please be incredibly careful if you use this car park. The fine is £60 within 14 days £100 after. I WOULD ADVISE AVOIDING.

Will never use this place again as they have introduced a really shady parking charge, greedy people I wish you the worst of luck in business. Just go up the road to Morrisons it's better value anyway. Avoid at all costs!

Good local store and service.Nice smooth shopping without the hassle of bigger stores. Good selection of goods on offer and always price offers on foods.I like going here for my smaller shop and enjoy it as does my friends now.Recommend.
