Went to buy a new bulb for my car at 17:06, keep in mind they close at 17:30. The man behind the counter wanted to know the exact bulb as there could be a couple options, understandably. I told the man I would be back in 10 minutes with the one I needed. At 17:15 I was knocking on the door as it was now locked with the closed sign up. Extremely rude as he was fully aware I would be back before their closing time. He made an active choice to close early knowing I would be back. Highly disappointing and would not recommend.
Edit: I would like to add the man behind the counter appeared inconvenienced, and annoyed by my presence, as I asked for help identifying which bulb I would need. The early closure was not temporary but rather convenient as it appears I inconvenienced him! Door locked, closed sign up and lights off. I was warned by locals about his unfriendly character and unhelpful nature. I spoke about my experience and no one seemed surprised and had heard this story before. I should have listened and stayed away!

Poor service, wouldn?t recommend. Doesn?t know their cars. I had an indicator bulb out and could only pay by card. The bloke behind the counter just said very indignantly I don?t take card payments under £5.There was no offer of a compromise (I would have paid the CC service charge if it had helped, I was illegal after all), just a straight up attitude of tough.Having been somewhere more helpful, it turns out the bulb I was being sold was incorrect anyway, so it seems I had a lucky escape. I would expect a motor sales place to know cars a bit better than this shop did. I?d avoid if I were you. ????

Very helpful staff who pointed me in the right direction and the two stroke oil I needed. Had 4 stroke lawnmower oil too. Plenty of free parking nearby right in the centre of town. Recommended.

The communication by this garage is useless, verging on not existent. They are incompetent, lie, are not proactive and the reception are stinks of stale cigarette smoke. Do not use this garage.

Wiper blade broke on my car last night and woke up this morning at 07:00 to do an important taxi booking for 08:15 but Sod?s Law it was raining so drove down to Wymondham Motorist Centre hoping it opened at 08:00 but no, opened at 09:30. I looked in the window and the owner was inside so I chanced it and tapped on the window expecting to be told they were not open yet. I was wrong. Fella came to the door, let me in and took a look at the wiper blade, told me the clip was broke but instead of just trying to sell me a new blade he went round the back , rummaged for five minutes, found a clip, fixed it on to the blade, went out in the rain and fitted it on to my car and when I asked how much I owed he refused payment saying it was ok. A true gentleman and a breath of fresh air. Fella made my day. Customer care at its best. Highly recommended.

What in the lord name does he base his prices off. All I can imagine is the bloke weighs each part he sells and basses the price on top quality gold bullion. Absolute weapon can?t believe it. Cheaper to but 13 houses in London than service your car

Popped in today to have 2 registration plates made up, the gentleman who served us was just fabulous, cheerful, helpful and even directed us to a cafe for us to grab something to eat whilst we waited. 5 stars!
