Robbed my money! I?ve just made a purchase and the cashier pressed the green button to take a donation without my permission. No charity mentioned, no questions asked, he just took it for God knows what! He didn?t offer a receipt either. Will never return.

After a terrible experience with another WELL pharmacy today causing a considerable amount of stress and anxiety, I popped in to the Wymondham store for some advice. I was met by a blonde lady who with no unnecessary questions asked, found my prescription online and dispensed it for me there and then.
This positive experience really did make all the difference for me today. Will be using for all prescriptions in the future. Thank you!

My wife and I have always found the Pharmacy excellent especially the blond lady Louise who works there she is always very kind, friendly and helpful, we wish there were more staff in the shops in town like her.

I would like to thank Louise and staff for ordering my daughters perscription to be delivered as she has a long term illness and sometimes cant get out.I know their busy but i do appricate their help

Often understaffed, but it seems to be the normal for pharmacies these days. Not the staff's fault.

I in no way blame the staff for any issues as they are ubderstaffed and often do not have a pharamacist but it I do try to use other pharmacies now due to issues which have occurred.

My experience at the pharmacy has been good to start with but at the moment there is a woman who works there that I really don't like. She is petite, a twenty something and just messes with my head without stopping.

Popped in today with my parents (both 88), for my mum to get a prescription. The lady who served us, should go on a course to teach her how to deal with elderly customers. Impatient, abrupt and patronising! They have sworn not to visit this pharmacy again!

I don't know what is going wrong with this chemist or maybe it's just the way things are in the UK now but every time I visit there is a big issue. No perception drugs available, no chemist available, no flu jab available. I really have no confidence so what is going on!

Terrible. Ageist!! Refused a request for an over the counter medication because i was too old!! Ridiculous!I havent had a problem at any other chemist and in fact can buy it online from Boots Chemist.

Medically negligent. I went into to get sleeping tablets and couldn?t work out why they had stopped working for me. Turns out I had been prescribed blood pressure medication (never a condition I?ve had). Beyond unacceptable.

There are accasional times, when I can walk in and service is provided. Too many times it is haphazard or prescription items incomplete. Today was expecting two items (sent from Dr's 11 days previous) When home I found only one item in the bag. I tried every five min for two hours and phone rings unanswered!! This is not acceptable. If staff are too busy to answer the phone, they need another method of communication, message or e-mail from the web site? Seriously considering changing chemists. We usually wait until we get a phone message that medication is ready to collect. Too many new staff coming and going.

I ordered 4 items via GP to go to Well to be dispensed and delivered, 2 items arrived after 4 days, the other 2 arrived 20 days after ordering . Annoyingly they were all dispensed on the same day so the late arriving 2 must have been hanging around somewhere, the packet looked crumpled.I am aware that local staff are working very hard but are not being provided with a full complement of staff or any much needed support. Sadly I must move pharmacy for more reliable service.The owners of the ?Well? pharmacy chain are putting peoples lives at risk, we don?t take these tablets because we like the taste!! We take them because a GP thinks we need them.
