Very poor customer service.This is a cheap opticians, which is OK if that is what you want.I had to keep returning to the store due to Specsavers issues but I had to ask for an apology as it did come naturally from the manager.The the process of supplying glasses to the customer works it's fine, but if it goes wrong, for me, it was handled badly and the staff know this but it seem like it was always someone else's fault.

First time since lockdown that I've had an eye test. Have previously used other opticians in Norwich but was very pleased to choose a local branch here in Wy.ondham. Easy to book, friendly staff and lots of good advice offered. Would I recommend, yes and would I use again yes too.

In the Wymondham Specsavers branch my experience was some good and some bad. Although the optician that I saw was good I feel that the strength of the lenses prescribed were to strong. The member of staff that I saw after having my eyes tested was not helpful and showed no interest in me. He also did not tell me about the 2 for 1 offer on my long distance glasses and it was only when I went back to complain about the strength of the lenses of my short distance that member of staff pointed it out to me.The first frames that I ordered cost £69 but I found these to be poor quality. The glasses were constantly sliding down my face and the hinges became very loose in a matter of days. So on my return visit I explained that I felt the lenses were to strong and that the frames were a bad fit and poor quality. The member of staff that I saw on that day was much better and took time with me unlike the first one. Between us we decided to upgrade the frames and lower the strength of lenses.On my third visit I was looking forward to pick up my new upgraded glasses only to be disappointed when I was met by the same guy I first saw who wasn't helpful and showed no interest in me. He asked me for my old glasses so that he could put the new lower strength lenses in. I told him that I had upgraded my frames and I am here to pick up completely new glasses ( frames & lenses). He looked at me confused and then said that only the new lenses have been ordered. He then asked me to go and sit in the waiting area. After about 10 minutes had passed I decided to find out what was going on. So I got up and found were he disappeared to. I asked him for an explanation which he replied "your frames wasn't ordered but luckily enough we found some spares so just give me a minute whilst I click the new lenses in".I said to him that I was not happy with this service and wanted a refund.
