Our son, 11 years old and some of his football team/besties are doing physical training with Paul.All I can say is 5 stars all the way and we as parents are very fortunate to add another great mentor/teacher/coach to our son’s developing path to bettering himself, both physically and mentally.Thank you Paul ?
