Awful customer service. There was one customer at the counter, no que and I still stood there for over 15 minutes waiting. Not so much as a single glance up at me from the member of staff on the counter and in the end I walked out in sheer frustration. Absolutely ridiculous. I hate using Natwest but our company bank there so I have no choice. I am used to slow service in branch at Natwest but Wymondham so far is the worst by a mile.

Poor today on 19th april .The one cashier was trying to deal with a complex transaction which clearly should have been booked in as interview. Waited 3/4 hour. Three staff seemed to be involved at one point. I walked out. Its closing soon.. probably would have still been waiting when it does...( I used to be manager there several years ago). Staff have always been friendly but today's service was very poor. The situation was badly managed. I was not the only customer to walk out... went back today and service very good. Friendly and efficient

Staff are always very friendly here. Dealt with a girl named Hollie about my mortgage who was extremely helpful and even had the courtesy to call me back on Saturday......Thank you!

An extremely friendly bank with staff that are forthright and do not " make up the rules as they go along for the sake of being difficult " as some banks do (namely Nationwide a few doors up though this is only with relation to one rogue working there).In any case, this bank is great, well done staff and stay brilliant!

My visit was a real pleasure. Could not have been treated any better. The lady that dealt with me was very friendly, sincere and efficient.
