Wow! What an experience today, I pulled up at 7.15 (was to far from reading sign on door wasn't until I went in to pay I saw it) lady was there with lights on and fuel pumps was on so assumed was open as Google states 6am! Pump wouldn't work and she didn't open door so I went in car and rang the phone to which the lady was extremely rude upon asking if she was open I got "NO FOR GODSAKE I AM NOT CARNT YOU SEE" and she hanged up, so I waited filled up went in to pay once she was open, upon paying I just simply said online it says 6am never used here before so just checked and she went I don't use the Internet so not my problem, I then said not you the person in charge as its false information to which she then went into one shouting raising her arms telling me if I am not happy to never return to which I replied I was shocked considering its my first time and someone could be in a rush ans desperate that time of morning and see it opens at 6am use there fuel if on red and not be able to get to another garage kind of thing, and if u speak like this you should not work with the public. I then left and the man before me said what is the matter with her so explained to which she came out the garage with her hands on her hips shouting your registration has been took u won't be served here no more. I will be taking this further. But I don't think I wanna return after my first after that experience so early on a Sunday. If the manager sees this please leave your contact details underneath as I will be coming Monday as want to make a official complaint. I have attached a photo so people can see the lady and be careful would hate for her to speak to anybody how she did me today.(Not the best but u can see)

This has to be the slowest serving ESSO Station in the country. I've quite literally never experienced a wait in line to pay for fuel like this ever, and it wasn't even super busy. The lack of urgency to fulfil customer enquiries or purchases promptly is mind-blowing.

Nice staff but shop is overpricedPopped in a bottle of Newcastle brown. Was shocked £2.49 compared to supermarket £1.59. Don't mind a little more but that's just rip offNo chance I walked out !

Fuel always a lot more expensive than the other fuel stations locally.A well stocked shop with friendly staff though, and a free tyre inflator.
