Food regularly comes cold/smaller than advertised/late. Delivery personnel are always polite but that?s the only thing that?s good. Pizzas are often cold leaving them badly tasting. Customer service is generally bad and wait time are often very long. Not to mention the extortionate price they charge you PLUS delivery.

Always had consistently good quality pizza from here. It seems a lot of bad reviews are as always to do with delivery. Collect in person and you'll have no problems!

Have just collected the burger pizza,literally 5 tiny burger pieces on it,swamped in burger sauce,awful. The Norwich ones are lush. Will never order from here again.

Ordered food over two hours ago.. the tracker stated it was delivered.. so I rang up and was told the guy put it on a chair?.. however I didn?t state I wanted it left at the door and I don?t have a black chair.. I think the driver stole the food for himself.. finally got my food after waiting two hours.. this is appalling and I won?t be ordering from them again!! Absolutely rubbish..

Nice food and good price, delivery can be a bit hit and miss hence the reduced star but plenty of parking outside so easy to click and collect!

foods always good but don?t get the cheese loaded fries as there were burnt bits on the sides and then the rest of the chips were barely cooked (some were hard) :(
