Absolutely awful customer service. So unbelievably rude, guy had both headphones in, told us to order online if we wanted to change the cheese, even though we order the same thing all the time, proceeded to tell us we are wrong, went on his phone whilst I was talking to him and then told us to hurry up deciding

Good food, shame that they don't deliver to Mulbarton. Also preorder for collection doesn't seem to work

Food regularly comes cold/smaller than advertised/late. Delivery personnel are always polite but that’s the only thing that’s good. Pizzas are often cold leaving them badly tasting. Customer service is generally bad and wait time are often very long. Not to mention the extortionate price they charge you PLUS delivery.
