Delicious and healthy food, great coffee and all at the gym so ideal after a workout or somewhere to meet a friend. It was also nice to get a decent amount for reasonable prices

I always enjoy a cuppa with my husband at Wyndham Leisure Centre, and every time, the coffee is perfect. Victoria, who served us, made a delicious coffee and provided service with a beautiful smile. Her friendly and attentive service always makes our visit even more special. Highly recommend stopping by for a great coffee and warm atmosphere. Enjoy your coffee. Thank you Victoria :)

Love this place. We always get great service. The coffee is great and the green smoothies are my favourite! The banana bread is also 5*! Would highly recommend... even if you aren't going to the gym!

Amazing cookies!! Highly recommend and Martha was amazing service.Parking: Parking is easy shared parking lot with the leisure centre but I found parking to be very easy.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly as it?s located inside a leisure centre.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibly and many parking sports for blue badge holders close to the door.

This place was disappointing to say the least! I went to collect a bag of mixed end of day pastries to receive four dry hot cross buns. The description given was ? a variety of different end of day unsold foods?. A false description and therefore a dishonest place.

Popped in for coffee and cheese scone as I had heard good things about this place. These things were correct, and the cheese scone is in the top 5 cheese scone table. I would definitely come again

I regularly have coffee here and it?s excellent. Recently had a brunch dish which was very tasty. I would definitely recommend for a delicious brunch. Good variety of dishes to choose from .

Confused as hot meals during the week but not weekends ?mmm...Smoothies need to be more descriptive as wasn't sure what's in them, doesn't say anywhere what's in the smoothies. No menus to clearly say what food Is available and at what price??? friendly staff. Times of hot food... needs sorting. If kids have swimming lessons on a Monday after 4 wouldn't it make sense to help parents out to serve hot food afterwards? Just a suggestion .Hope this helps. Dietary restrictions: Please be more descriptive in what's in your smoothies

Excellent service and good quality food, lots of variety. As a member of the leisure centre, Flo's is so convenient, after a work out to sit for a coffee or have a yoghurt snack. They have a great variety of sweets and savoury and healthy veg salads .
