Over a month ago, Steve and Debbie came to our home to do the measurements. They were really understanding and friendly. We kept in touch until the vynil was done. The vinyl looks amazing in our kitchen and bathroom, and we'll also be doing other rooms very soon with Steve and Debbie because the service we've received was absolutely genuine and neat!It took me a while to get to writing this review cause of all the Christmas rush, but here I am doing it, and I absolutely recommend this lovely family to assist you in getting your new floor done!

I would highly recommend HomeScape Flooring & Furniture to anyone. We recently had vinyl flooring installed in 2 rooms in our home neither of which were straight forward jobs. Steve and Debbie were very patient, calm and helpful throughout the process and helped to pacify my concerns as like I said neither installs were straight forward. After a few weeks of drying a floor out the vinyl was laid by a fitter called Jon who I cannot recommend enough. His attention to detail was excellent. Again he was very patient and helpful. Thankyou for a seamless service.

Oh I don?t even know where to start with the praise so deserved by Steve and his lads. From the disaster of a flooded kitchen Steve came in and took control. He lifted the sodden floor and left a dehumidifier for me. The lads came and laid the new flooring in a cheerful and professional manner. I had damaged units which Steve took away and organised replacements always reassuring me along the way as my faith in previous tradesmen had been utterly shattered. Always upbeat and with a smile on his face the job has been completed to a very high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending Homescape to all. Thank you Steve and Debbie xx

Absolutely fabulous service from homescape, I have had three rooms of my house fitted with new flooring on separate occasions and each room looks amazing, I am so pleased, that's why i keep going back!! Steve and Debbie are professional and give helpful advice,nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't use anyone else! Highly reccomend them to anyone.

We had Steve come out and measure our downstairs for new flooring. Well what can I say, he went over every detail with us and even more than I expected. Debbie kept in constant communication, there was a slight delay on the delivery, however they informed us in good time and it caused no issues.When it came to the fitting, we were having the lounge and hallway done, but what I didn't realise is the extra effort Steve had put into his planning where the flooring flowed through the lounge round the corner and into the hallway.I mean it was an amazing extra. Not having to have a connecting bar or cover between the 2 rooms, Wasn't something I'd asked for but that's the sort of extra detail that makes you go. Yes I will defiantly use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone that asks.From the both of us, Thank you Steve, Debbie & the team for the amazing job you did.

What should have been an easy job turned into almost 2 months of pure frustration.3 weeks after the original fitting date the vinyl was finally fitted. We were shocked to discover that the piece laid was far too short and had a ripple effect.Steve admitted he hadn?t measured properly, he said he?d already ordered another piece to join the existing. We explained that the quality of the piece laid was poor, he said his fitter only noticed when he had opened the window blinds so he would order a replacement for that too.Things like this happen and whilst we were disappointed what made it worse was the fact we weren?t contacted for 4 weeks with any updates, despite numerous promises that they?d be in touch.When the new vinyl was finally fitted we were aghast, firstly two different batches were laid. The colours were noticeably different but what really shocked us was the join. We paid extra for the fitters to do a stagger join, as Steve had recommended with a herringbone pattern. They had just cut it straight, looked dreadful. They then pretended they couldn?t see the colour difference?We phoned Homescape straight away and spoke to Debbie, she said it would be better to chat to Steve and put us on hold, because Steve was on the phone. He was actually talking to our fitters and we heard every word! The fitter told him we weren?t happy because the colours were different, he said noticeably different, that?s not what he said to us!Nearly 2 months of waiting, feeling really stressed as we couldn?t move in to our new home, we had lost all faith in the fitters and Homescape so asked for a full refund and decided to try and fit ourselves.I won?t go into the full saga of getting a refund, but it was missed promised dates and no return phone calls again. 2 weeks after it was fitted we were then asked if we could return the piece of vinyl before we?d get a refund??? How was this not mentioned before?Summing up; 2 months of stress, waiting and taking unnecessary days off work. Will we recommend or use Homescape again? No!

I had a nightmare experience with this company.I had my carpet fitted by Darren & John on Friday 19th August.- Carpet was short due to them not following Steve's plan.- They made a join that they did not make me aware of- They made numerous damages to my fresh paintwork which were completely careless and unacceptable.Steve & his wife Debbie visited my property on Monday 22nd August to view the damages and to re-measure.Steve promised he would call me the next day to arrange a date to re-fit the landing and hallway carpet.Steve did not call! I called one week later and spoke to Debbie who tried to make light of the situation and said "he's a useless tool isn't he". My refitting was booked for Friday 2nd September.Around 9:30am on the day of fitting Debbie called to say they would not be fitting the carpet that day as they only had the carpet for the landing and not the hallway.Clearly the carpet was not ordered ?!!Fitting was arranged AGAIN for Friday 9th September.The fitters did not apologise and we were offered no compensation despite Steve saying the fitters shouldn't have asked for the money when the job wasn't finished.To say it was a disappointing experience is an understatement and I will never use Homescape Flooring again.Poor Service & Poor fitters!!

Great Range of Carpets and flooring. I've had to carpets fitted within the week aswel as laminate flooring. Very friendly service. Will use them again very soon.
