Regularly use the services offered at Soar Carbrooke. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to ensure that their service is top notch. Highly recommend.

The staff in the store are always well organised, polite and friendly.Today my visit to the store was to use the Post Office counter to send back two parcels for faulty goods using their return labels. Letitia was on duty, it was very easy to process both items, she is a bubbly character and an asset to your company. I passed this information to the duty manager who was also very nice.If I had gone to the post office in Watton High Street there would have been some sort of problem. All of the staff in the Spar Carbrooke store should get official recognition.

I've been coming here for 6 weeks now asking about Nordic Nicotine Pouches...I use to buy these daily...you've run out of stock and haven't bothered to replen them even though I'm always asking. Great people here, but whoever is in charge of orders needs to screw the nut a bit.Order them in? driving a 4 mile round trip to tescos every time is becoming annoying now.
