Delivery was great, price was great but I didn't realise it was a pre authorised payment. So they 'authorised' I had the funds in my account, which my bank accepted and counted as a transaction (deducted). Then the payment 'fell off' (my bank placed back in my account) after 5 days. Then the transaction actually only then completed 5 days after the actual delivery. The whole process took approximately 2 weeks since my initial order. I don't know who can live like this, but I can't. I am not in a great financial position, so when I place an order I expect the money to be taken immediately not two weeks after - then I can move on with my life and not worry. With this being said, sadly I will not be placing another order. Very confusing and never experienced this before.

Terrible company being told it was being delivered today but now tomorrow. Person on the phone told us it?s a lorry issue. I?m sure you have more than one vehicle but hey ho. Will not be ordering again I shall go to a company who are going to actually deliver my heating oil on the day they promise.

As usual the delivery date was sooner than stated when order was placed . Good price quoted , great service received .Driver was friendly but professional , and respectful of property.Turns out David is a fellow sled dog owner and was more than happy to make a fuss of my two !

Have had oil orders sorted in the past by office staff when it was not possible to order on line due to our location - always helpful. Now can order online which is easier. I am very pleased with the service I got with NRG. The ordered was placed with a lovely helpful lady on Wednesday morning and it arrived Thursday lunchtime. The price was very good and the driver was friendly and polite. Will certainly recommend NRG and use them again.

Had a commercial account with this company in it's various giuses for best part of 20 years with no problems made one late payment by 6 days during middle of harvest while sat on a combine harvester all day & night just to be told when trying to place next order that Ihad 2 choices I could pay now before delivery or had to set up direct debit. So much for loyalty! Informed them I had a 3rd choice to use a better fuel supplier!

Placed an order, was supposed to be processing and had confirmation email. Now the transaction has ?disappeared? and have to start the process again! Won?t be with this company.
