I ran in to get their defibrilator after an elderly man collapsed outside, they very quickly reacted and got me the defribrilator, as well as showing up to offer more help, fantastic staff.

The product was fine but difficulty accessing it. Although advertised generally the product was not available in stores near me,(Ipswich). The nearest was Thetford and not something I could get in the car due to weight. The store couldn't transfer the load to my local store and they would not deliver to my area which left me no option but to hire a trailer and do a 4 hour round trip. Not a happy bunny.

One Star is Generous ? Shocking Customer Service and Unacceptable Treatment
My wife and I visited Wickes on Monday, 9th December, with the intention of exploring bathroom suites for our home. What should have been a straightforward experience turned into a nightmare.
We waited an unreasonably long time in the hope of speaking with a member of the design team. Shockingly, there was only one person working in that department, who was already busy with other customers. After what felt like an eternity, a polite young man from another section of the store approached us and offered to help. He struggled with the system for booking appointments, fumbling with a notepad that didn?t seem to work. Ultimately, he resorted to taking down our details on paper, promising to arrange an appointment for us.
After nearly two hours of wasted time and effort, we left the store feeling thoroughly disappointed. To add insult to injury, today, 19th December, we received a £100 parking fine for overstaying the one-hour limit in Wickes' car park. Let me be clear: at no point were we informed of this time restriction?not by staff, not through signage we were directed to, nor in any part of the store experience. We were simply focused on selecting a bathroom and waiting for service.
We have now had to pay £60 (reduced for early payment) for the privilege of enduring Wickes? appalling customer service. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers who genuinely wanted to give your business their time and money.
Wickes, you have lost our trust entirely. Your lack of adequate staffing, poor communication, and punitive parking policies have ensured that we will never set foot in your stores again. I hope others think twice before risking such an infuriating and costly experience.
