Just been charged 50p for a cheap plastic bag! I hope it goes to a charity. What happened to popping your purchase into a small bag?? Must shop elsewhere in future.

Should be open earlier in the morning to allow people to buy papers and cigarettes. 9 am is too late. Staff are friendly though

The WHSmith in Thetford is a nice shop with a good range of books and stationary, I did find the stationary side to be great especially when I was studying and needed high quality products such as Oxford Notepads and good quality pens.I'm deducting a star because a lot of the products are on the pricer side especially cigarettes,... read full comment
