Too expensive for simple work - £15 for couple of cheap watch links taken out. It isn?t skilled work, with the tools anyone could do this.

I have a medical issue which results in the heels of my shoes wearing quickly and permits only leather soles. I requested that the heels ONLY be replaced. He attempted to sell up and get me to agree to having the soles replaced.I paid up front for the heels to be replaced. Regret I swiped the payment , placed the ticket in my wallet with out looking at the cost I had been charged. On my return to pick the shoes I was presented with my shoes with both the heels and soles replaced ib rubber. When requesting a reason why both had been do I was told that I had agreed.

Asked for my phone screen to be replaced, was done on the day. The gentleman was very friendly. However, since that day my phone plays up continuously. I can?t swipe up most of the time. I went in and I was told he can?t take my word for it and if I can screen record it and show him.When the screen plays up I can?t swipe to screen record so not sure how I am supposed to prove this.I?m going to have to buy a new phone.Wish I stuck with the cracked screen.
