Visited today @ 4.20 and tried to order a coffee via the entrance where the coffee machine is placed, was rudely told that I had to abruptly sit down ?madam? to order a coffee even tho I wanted a takeout coffee, after sitting down patiently waiting to be served, we just got stared at rudely and told the kitchen is now closed by a male with glasses, even tho we was seated with a sit down menu @4.20 by a female staff gave us the menu told to have a look, we went in for a takeaway coffee to walk around the garden centre with which wasn?t adequate to them to serve without being seated, the customer service and the attitude of the staff I was overwhelmed and disgusted how they look down at you ..
never been in such a unwelcoming place,
It is not dog friendly or child friendly .. .. rude staff who need to get a reality check treat customers with kindness,This has caused serious anxiety in me and my family
we had to leave the garden centre completely, also got to mention the security bloke has his beady eyes on us from entering, so intimidating I'd advise any other garden centre in the area if you have small children &taking a dog with you I've Left quite upset

Met friends there for a catch up.
Decent amount of parking.
We sat in 'comfy' chairs and a sofa.
At first you think this is a good idea, you think they look comfy.
After leaning forward to try and listen to each other, ( its very noisy ) you realise it's not practical and tables had gone by then.
I had a cheese scone. I'd been looking forward to it as it looked good.
I shared it with my friend as it was large.
It was very doughy, with an uncooked texture in the middle.
Is that how cheese scones are there?
I wouldn't go there again for a catch up. It's very expensive, too noisy, not practical and personally I wouldn't recommend the cheese scone.
Coffee was OK.

Amazing place, behind garden you have good coffee and tasty pizza. The band and the singer create an amazing atmosphere of this place.

Popped in with my mum recently to have a look around since moving back to the area as was looking for some gardening bits , there was some beautiful items inside even though pretty expensive. The plants outside were rather underwhelming as half of the plant section was empty and the path/slabs weren't level to comfortably push a trolley on let alone being a wheelchair user or using a mobility cane . I will say there was a very helpful man in the garden electric tools area who recommended the right item I was looking for and suggested a different way to prepare it ready for my strimmer . Will probably return if I win the lottery

Lovely. Well laid out. Good choice of goods in all sections. Plenty of staff on shop floor. Cafe spacious with a good selection of very yummy cakes. Vast menu. Staff pleasant. Good prices.

Beautiful garden centre selling a healthy range of plants, trees, herbs flowers etc , Beautiful homeware and delicious specialised artisan food on offer from chocolate to pasta the range is outstanding..
The cafe was excellent lovely with delicious coffee, homemade cakes and freshly made lunches at a reasonable price.
The staff here are really helpful and friendly and a credit to the company.
This was my first time here and will i definitely come again!!

A proper garden centre, which is rare nowadays.
As well as all the usual scented candles and ornaments they actually have a really good selection of top quality tools, large selection of all types of plants and indoor/outdoor fish.
I was particularly impressed with the garden machinery department, stocking top brands such as Stihl and Hayter, not the usual cheap rubbish.
Very helpful staff too.
Would definitely visit again.

Was served by a lovely server called Tom earlier. Enjoyed our visit to the Lime Kiln, tasty food and coffee.
