I used Thetford Carpet Warehouse for some new vinyl. This was my first time buying flooring and Gemma was very knowledgeable and patient and provided lots of options for me. A lovely family-run business which I will use again and have recommended to others already.

Where to start - Dropped a need on Gemma last minute, she did everything she could to accomodate us. We had a time sensitive issue, no promises were made but Gemma said she would do what she could. And did she Deliver. Great quality carpet, fantastic price and fitted quickly, professionally and with great care by Tom. All while we had a baby! Everyone at Thetford Carpet Warehouse is welcoming, friendly and professional. I received an excellent service, right through from browsing without pressure in the showroom, to being given great help and advice in answer to my questions, and then having my bedroom carpet fitted perfectly. I thoroughly recommend this family-owned business, which really looks after its customers.
