Be warned If filling up with fuel in The filling station here don't rely on setting the ammount and the pump stopping most dont and end up over charging you, been going on for months staff and store are aware of issue but dont inform the customers instead ripping people off not good if you need to stay to a budget its not by a single penny over either.

*warning* do not use the cash machine. I went to tesco today and went to draw out money before entering the store. The machine failed to return my card to me and instead retained it and didnt give me my money. It was only after this a lady come outside and said it had just happened to her and when she reported it to staff they said they knew but management told them they could not put a sign out warning people of this. I had to call my bank and report it and am now waiting for the money to come back to me. I went inside to also tell staff and was told the same, they knew about it. Staff were very polite but i think this is unacceptable of management to not warn people.according the Tesco staff this has happened to 6 other people so far recently and yet still mangement wont put out a sign even though the big tesco logo is printed on the cash machine! Shame on Tesco mangement at the Thetford store. So now i have no card to access money and no money in my purse. Happy Easter I dont think

I looked on the website this morning to find out if travel money was open today - yes it was and is still saying it?s open until 6 pm. I made a special journey of about 30 miles round trip to find it was closed. I spoke with an assistant on the kiosk - she said it was closed until 22nd - the assistant was on holiday - when I repeated that the website said it was open today she appeared quite defensive and said it was closed until the 22nd. Her manner was not what I would have expected and the wrong information on the website is hardly professional. What a waste of my time and a gallon of petrol!

Took half an hour at the cafe to get served. Poor guy Lee left on his own. He did a brill job. Then swans in Julie saying to him, sorry for being late. She logs herself on the system to say she?s arrived and then goes to chat with other staff for 5 mins before helping with the queue she?s caused. I ask for less milk in my flat white which she ignores and tops them up to the brim. Where is your management Tesco?

Disorganised click and collect point, served 5 other vehicles before they served me for some reason. Waited 20min. What is the point of click and collect then. Could've done shopping faster myself as it wasn't a big basket and free of charge.

Beware!! Selling croissants baked yesterday at full price. Rude staff. Essentials out of stock. Overpriced petrol. Every little helps. Go to Lidl or Sainsbury?s for fresh baked goods AVOID Tesco.

Currently it says diesel only available on pump 3, out of the fuel station and in again, get to pump 3...no deisel available ...not happy.
