The Superdrug in Thetford was quite nice, and always had good bargains here. I've come here for buying shampoos and conditioner since there is a specific brand I liked so I came here for that. The staff are always lovely and helpful especially when it comes to products I've never tried before. It's very bright and airy too!

On 30th June I went your store in thetford. I went to purchase farm bubble bath on the item it had a clearance sticker for £3.99 but the ticket on the shelf stated £3.49 when I brought this to the manager or supervisor she tried to agrue the price, then later agreed and removed the sticker at the lower price. There was a same issue with your baby powder 100ml which was priced on the shelf at £1.29 but when got to the till it came up at £1.50. This seems to be a common thing in most stores where produce tickets at offer prices but when they reserve the prices they forget to reissue the tickets on the shelf. The staff tried to try give me a story how they had no more in store when the sales assistant on the till confirmed it was 100mls I picked, so I should have got it for 100ml which is false advertising. If they don?t want to honour the price then make sure your staff due there job properly by pricing the correct amount, once again the ticket was removed. She then later confirmed the 100ml was £1.29 but out of stock which weren?t the last baby powder was at the till as I picked the last one up disgracefulThen 200mls was priced at 1.49 was was 1p cheaper than than false advertising price of 100mls shocking
