So I ordered from just eat this morning a meal deal and 2 taco beef dippers and when my deliver arrived the taco beef was missing so I contact the restaurant 2 times on the first call the manger had said she only had 1 order thos morning g and it wasn't mine that it was another store and hang up so I looked o. Just at at the details for the address so I google it and it's the same subway as I had previously called so I call again and now an assistant is talking to me and ahe says she as spoken to the manager and she said she personally put them in her self wotch to I reply that's funny when I called earlie she had denied that my order was there any and she went on to say that the bags are sealed woth a sticker so another words you for got to put them in as all you had to say was get a refund from just eat terrible service

Food is typical subway, but the service is terrible. Inattentive and dismissive. Simple orders take a while whether you order inside or online. Terrible.

Very poor service. Second time I have entered later in the evening to be confronted by the same man advising me I cant have service because he is either on his break or it's online orders only. It's a shame as the food is good but his service and attitude is so poor I don't want to go in at all if I see him!

Crap staff more interested in there phones no lids for cups no trays struggled to carry our food no help given very dirty will not go there again and apparently there toilets don't work needs a total makeover and a good clean and retrain there rude staff

The staff was moaning about the store becoming busy, the atmosphere wasn't great and the tables and floor were filthy.. the tables were wobbling hitting the glass so needs to be repaired. Overall nice food just the staff need to appreciate those who pay the wages.

The Subway in Thetford was always a good place to go to for lunch, especially nowadays with the options to create your own subways. I particularly liked the Subway Melt when it was a thing which was freshly baked bread stuffed with tender sliced turkey breast, ham, crispy bacon, melted cheese and I'd have honey mustard sauce with it and no salad, it really was premier, I know I can make it nowadays but it's nice to just ask for a subway melt and have it done to perfection, toasted of course!

I'm reviewing on trip advisor as I couldn't find anywhere on Subway website to give feedback about Diane and how she was the only one who appeared to be working this day. (Saturday 5th August) She is a credit to you Subway. She was friendly, professional and efficient and didn't stop! There were other people in subway uniforms wandering about or sitting down, but while we were there eating our lunch which she had prepared, whilst also putting things in the oven, taking things out, sorting delivery orders and doing a hundred other things, the others just floated about not really contributing at all. Diane made our visit very good, we enjoyed the food which was lovely and fresh and would be back. I hope this feedback reaches Diane as she deserves the pat on the back. Thanks

Ordered on Uber eats, our food arrived quickly and warm, ( Uber did good) however, Subway put the wrong order in the wrong bread, so my hubby ended up with 18 inches of sub while I had nothing. when I called they said they couldn't remake and resend as it was ordered through Uber so I had to go through the process of submitting photos and filling in forms to get the refund. Still hungry.
