Such a pleasure to shop somewhere where the customer takes priority. I had to return a product I had bought by mistake and couldn't have wished for more help. Paige, on the phone when I first contacted them was fantastic and James in the shop couldn't have been more helpful as well as other staff in house. I will recommend people use Screw Fix before the big ones where you are just left to get on with it.
