I literally cannot recommend them enough. I was having problems with my right eye. I went to my usual opticians who told me there was nothing to worry about but I sensed there was something wrong and sort a second opinion from Scotts. They fitted me in quickly and immediately diagnosed a major problem that required emergency surgery. If I hadn't had this treatment so quickly I could have lost the sight in that eye so Scotts quite literally saved my sight, and I'm very glad that I got a second opinion from them. The doctors at the hospital also commented on how thorough and detailed the referral from scotts had been which helped the whole process run more smoothly.

I came for my eye test on 10/7/23My test was carried out by Nayen Patel who was thorough and explained everything as he went along.I was prescribed varifocals and the pros and cons of these were explained to me. Nothing was rushed and all my questions were answeredMatt helped me chose frames and did all the additional stuff so that the glasses could be made.Today 18/7/23 I collected my glasses I arrived early as was already in town but this wasn?t a problem I was seen quickly and Sam fitted my new glasses and reminded me of how to use themShe also adjusted my regular reading glassesI would highly recommend Scott?s opticians

Very happy with Mr. Patel, who has replaced Dr. Shah. We have been customers at Scott's for a decade, and the reception and service has been maintained at the very high level we are used to. Check- up was very thorough, not rushed, all questions answered, and further treatment explained and assured. Commendable!

After a few disappointing optician visits to various 'high street' chains, a good friend of mine suggested Scotts to me. I sent an email (with quite a few questions if I remember rightly) and it was replied to quickly and thoroughly. I made an appointment and haven't been anywhere else since. In fact my daughter and husband have moved over to Scotts now too. I honestly can not recommend Scotts enough (& I do, to anyone who will listen!). The staff are all absolutely lovely, very professional and friendly too. Dr Shah is excellent, he is very knowledgeable,has a great way of explaining things and really puts you at ease. 100% recommend.
