Would benefit from an EV charger. The other Sainsbury's in Bury St Edmunds has a Smart Charge station.

Just visited sainsbury today there was just 1 checkout open and the cashier was going so slow and chatting to her friend. My husband is disabled so standing is problematic. He to me that it's a shame only 1 checkout was open then the customer in front had a go at us for being impatient. After she left the cashier had a go at us too. Very unprofessional as I have been a cashier before and would chat as long as there were not customers waiting. I said this to the cashier and she said she goes as fast as the customer wants. Not a very nice experience.

New lay out is AWFUL! Who designed this? It's worse than a TK Maxx. I hope someone gets fired over this

Car park and trolley park has got potholes, and some bays are a bit tight for bigger cars.
Shop itself is very good for all essentials

Store is OK but why don't Sainsbury's run their own cafés any more? There are only a handful of stores that do. The café here is run by Starbucks. Two small drinks were £8.60! A small muffin was £3.05! I didn't look any further when the food downstairs in the shop was so much cheaper. Needless to say the café was practically empty and at those prices I'm not really surprised. Despite the lack of customers, tables were still dirty and some had leftovers on them. Come on Sainsbury's. Just because all Tesco cafés are run by Costa doesn't mean that it's a good formula and one which you have to follow. Please bring back your in-house run cafés so that your loyal customers can once again benefit from Sainsbury's value when using your facilities. You never know, it might also encourage more customers to shop downstairs too if they've received good value in the café.
