Highly highly recommend! Shelly is amazing! I was suffering with chronic neck and shoulder pain and thanks to Shelly I am feeling so much better. I've had a couple of massages now and have some exercises to do which has helped so much. A really lovely lady who makes you feel super relaxed :)

I cannot leave Shelly a big enough review, words won?t do it justice.but I will have a go I?ve been suffering from a shoulder complaint for many years, which was very painful,after just two sessions Shelly has completely removed all my pain. I cannot thank her enough ? she has magic fingers, thank you Shelly.? I visited Shelley for the first time a week ago after getting a voucher as a gift. I managed to book myself a bit of me time and went with an Indian head massage. I'm so glad I did, Shelley was friendly, professional and I really did feel like a new person afterwards. Will be booking again and have recommended to friends.

A lovely visit to Shelly?s, Relax and Unwind treatment room, today.This is not something I do very often- if ever, I was feeling a bit diffident about it tbh- but thankfully Shelly was great at making me feel at ease and comfortable.I enjoyed a fantastic sports massage, from which I left- feeling invigorated and rejuvenated.I will book again; I?d recommend you give yourself or someone as a gift, some time-out, too. On my first visit to Shelly Farrow from Relax and Unwind I was made to feel very welcome and a valued customer . I suffer from stress and of late have had a lot of tension in my head and shoulders. After my first visit I felt really relaxed and noticed an improvement . The ambience is very peaceful and I can honestly say that having a head and shoulder massage treatment has helped me immensely . I would recommend Relax and Unwind to anyone .
