Lovely room as usual, fab shower, clean and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and attentive. We had an evening meal (on Mother's day) and breakfast, both meals were delicious and again staff were super friendly and helpful after doing the breakfast shift aswell as the evening before. Would definitely recommend.

Room clean, basic WiFi was unusable, didn't test the upgraded version. No Aircon but ok for this time ok year, staff good, food/bar great.

This is a fine premier in but ridiculously expensive I cannot think of a Premier Inn which is more expensive.

Rooms are pretty clean but there is no service whatsoever. You pay the full amount of your staying period upon checking in and you are on your own. No room service at all for the entire 5 days I stayed.Food & drinks: You need to reserve a table at the hotel's restaurant in advance. If not you may be refused or asked to come in a couple of hours. Lots of tables but limited staff to serve, so they only take as many as they can comfortably serve.

Amazing food, staff were excellent, table for 6 for brekky, 10am booking, buffet style breakfast including full english, continental breakfast available nothing was too much trouble.Walkability: Next door to the hotel.Food & drinks: Excellent choice

Very noisy mechanical/electrical system in my room (#137). Sounded like a refrigerated truck was parked outside the room all night and then at times the noise would stop only to start-up again with a high pitched whine. I had a terrible night's sleep. A pleasant member of the rooms servicing team the next morning sympathized when I explained the problem, acknowledged "some of the rooms could be noisy" and suggested I explain things with the front desk. Unfortunately the member of staff on the front desk not only showed no concern about my disturbed night but denied there was an noise issue with the room I had taken and insisted I must have left the bathroom light on, causing the extractor fan to run throughout the night. The upshot is I left the Premier Inn feeling frustrated I had paid for such a bad experience and to have my intelligence & integrity challenged.

Stayed a night and enjoyed ourselves. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and lovely food with lovely staff. Certainly value for the money!

Best place to stay for 2 nights. Booked premier plus room, very clean and roomy to stay ? better mattress than other hotels to sleep and relax ?? even it has coffee machine and mini fridge??

It's your typical Premier Inn. It was very busy and great links locally for what I needed. Had breakfast which was self serve. Room was ok, no plugs next to the bed... Bathroom fan was noisy but otherwise has everything you need.

What an amazing experience, didn't really expect it to be as excellent as it was.The whole place was spotlessly clean, a nice welcome at reception by Megan who was wonderful. The lighting in the room was lovely, a large and deep bath, the most comfortable beds. Only one pillow provided but there was a spare in the wardrobe, which my wife used. I asked Megan if we could get another pillow and there it was when we got back in after going to see our daughter. Pillows are just amazing, incredibly soft and fluffy.I had stayed at a Travel Lodge in the past, they use a separate facility for breakfast etc. The Premier Inn has it's own excellent restaurant. Breakfast was superb, tasty, good quality produce. I had Continental and loved it others had full English which they all said was also excellent.Last time we visited the area we stayed at a more 'upmarket' hotel, it was twice the price and no comparison at all. I shall be using Premier Inn wherever I'm visiting in the future.
