Went in on 8/4/25 to deposit a cheque. A few customers with two staff. This gave me the opportunity to see how the staff interacted with the customers. The staff were friendly, polite and very efficient in their roles dealing with everyone, including myself.

I would give this branch zero stars if I could. The manager is an absolute disgrace.I own a company which has provided a cleaning service for many years for a lady who's bank account is with Nationwide. I recently changed my business bank account and the lady completed a new Standing Order form which was left at the bank....

I’ve been with Bank for about 33 years. They’ve always been very kind to me and helped me out as much as they can. Excellent customer service, but what really keeps fusing Nationwide is that they have not close any of their branches. All the other bank accounts we have had we have closed because they have closed their...
