Low quality food at a expensive price

Went through the Drive through. 30 minutes later still no food,still waiting in bay 1 . Husband ended up going in.(Staff talking,how loverly for them).
No food ? he then asked about our order then they sorted it. FINALLY!! Disgraceful!!. Ony ordered 3 burger and 2 fries. Will Not be returning to Thetford 29-32025 and No apology.

Ordered katsu wrap as takeaway. Opened wrap, if that's what you call it. As everything fell out over my clothes. Katsu sauce everywhere. Won't be buying that again

Spent £16 in the app, click and collect, to receive no food. No customer services to contact. Only a virtual chat assistant which gets stuck in a loop because it's missing menu items.

Every time I place an order with Uber Eat I have NEVER received a correct order. Every time something is missing. I made so many complaints that uber blocked my account for fraud. I will NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN. Wrong orders, damaged products. You are INCOMPETENT. Change job if you are not capable of working at McDonald's. I have never had such horrible experiences anywhere as with you. You suck

I've never seen a food establishment, so infested with flies. Literally about 50 flies buzzing around the table. Told the staff they didn't seem too fussed and just agreed with us. V.

Awful experience. Turned up at 1 in the morning to use the toilet and too get food. Turned away to eat in and use the toilet as they only had their drive through open. Went to the drive through and ordered at about 1:10, got told to wait in a parking spot for the food and ended up waiting 1 hour for my food! When i got the food it was cold and definitely NOT worth the wait! Completely understaffed and you could see the frustration in every customers face!

Came at 1:00 in the morning for food and the toilet. Wasn?t allowed in to go to the toilet as apparently shut inside after 12:00. Went through the drive to get food. No warning about the wait. 1 hour later still waiting for our food!

Asked for extra lettuce, onions and pickles. It seems the staff decided it'd be funny to add so much that I had to remove most of it. Real funny guys, congrats on earning yourself a 1 star review. I'll buy from literally any other McDonald's going forward.

I always enjoy a good McDonald's, especially for breakfast, although the all round menus are pretty tasty, I usually go for the specials most of the time.
This is a nice McDonald's and the drive through , or at least getting to it is different and not easy to find for newbies at this location. I still found it fine and got my food.

Food was 25 minutes late, all was stone cold. Imagine not being able to get a pickle in the middle of a lopsided burger? Fries were inedible they were so cold. You don't get much for £17 nowadays. On the plus side, the 258 napkins will come in handy for something. Won't be ordering again and lastly they turned me from a Darren into a Karen.
