Wouldn't let me collect a parcel due to there only being one member of staff on. Simple, don't take on the ability to be a parcel collection service if you can't provide the service. Don't make your issues my issue. Pathetic waste of my time

I'm 31 years old haven't been IDed for years but apparently I look well under 25 which baffles me. Clearly a worker abusing there position just to be awkward. Won't ever set foot in that londis again.
