This used to be my local bank when I lived in Thetford. One of the things I felt frustrated about was the lack of accessibility they had there, if I didn't understand anything it felt like a struggle to communicate with the staff here. The app wasn't great to use either and I felt I wasn't getting my moneys worth so I decided to change my bank and now the one I'm with is a lot more user friendly and I can understand my finiancal situation a lot better.

On Thursday 3rd August, I Went To Open A Classic Account, On My Arrival, Alison Was On Reception, She Greeted Me, I Told Who I Was Here To See.She Was Caring, Helpful, Kind, Polite, & Understanding, She Let The Gentleman Know I Had Arrived.I Was Asked To Take A Seat In The Reception Area.I Didn't Have To Wait Too Long.10 Out Of 10 For Service.After A Short While, I Was Met Mr Patrik Martin.He Was The Banking Consultant Who I Went To See To Open A Classic Account.I Felt At Ease With Him, I Was Made Welcome By Him.He Knew So Much & Experienced In The Field Of Banking.He Was Very Caring, Helpful, Kind, Polite, & Understanding.We Filled Out The Paperwork Together.He Explained All The Current Accounts Lloyds Do, There Was Such A Good Choice.I Chose The Classic Account, He Thoroughly Went Through The Classic Account.I Was So Impressed With The Classic Account.After A While, My Applicant Went Through Successfully & Within Minutes, My New Vank Account Was Up & Running.????Within A Few Days, I'll Be Receiving My New Visa Debit Card, Alongside My Pin Will Arrived In The Post.So In Conclusion, The Service I Revieved From Patrik Was Very Good.10 Out Of 10.I Said To Him After Everything Was Completed.He Introduced Me To The Bank Manager Chris, A Nice Guy Too.

I did an online application to open a classic account and I received an email with the confirmation and the info about my ID and adress required from the bank. I went to the bank and showed my personal docs but the agent ask me other document - from my employer. But on the email from the bank was written just about the ID and Adress. Now I need to return at bank to try again. So, what is the correct information?

I've just nipped out of work, to find LLOYDS Thetford close at 4.00pm ! your internet say's 4.30pm also it is not open late on Thursday !!! Please up date your web site. This has caused me no end of problems.
