Problem was not solved.
Simple alignment became an issue.
After they done the alignment twice it was still had to go somewhere else to get it done properly.

Booked my car in for an Aircon regas. Arrived on time however due to work commitments I couldn't wait for the work to be done so rearranged for the following day and asked for brake pads to be replaced.
Dropped the car off the following day and was kept informed during the service.
The Aircon was cheaper than the amount I paid online so the refund was put towards the cost of the brakes.
I was very impressed by the front office team and the service work was completed brilliantly.
Will be using this garage from now on.

MOT was done and job fulfilled but service, care and attention has gone massively downhill here.
They like to say no a lot. During my time sitting in the waiting area they turned 3 people away to fix punctures and even someone who had made an appointment. It's just bad business, why not try and help. I also wanted 4 new tyres fitted I had bought ready for my new MOT but computer said no as well. You could learn a lot from the people you recommend work to, down the road at Thetford Tyres. They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Your waiting room needs cleaning and freshening up. Would be nice to get a better welcome and for them to tell you what work has been completed and how it went instead of just been given the MOT certificate.
Online booking is a positive and is easy. Shame it's a let down by the human element.

Choosing tyres and making an appointment online was simple. Arrived a little early but they took my vehicle right in to fit the tyres.
They checked the alignment and explained the issues and how much it would cost to fix, which I did (was an easy decision by how friendly they all were).
The customer service was excellent and all the employees were great.
Will definitely return when needed and will recommend to others.
My vehicle feels much better driving with new tyres and alignment fixed.

Brilliant team, fast and quick at what they do, excellent customer service and couldn?t ask for a better place to get my tires changed. Will be there in a couple of months to get my front tires changed ?? They work above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

Monday July 7 at 12:15 was my appointment for a wheel alignment. Go into the shop and the desk clerk says ?we don?t have a ramp open for you but we can reschedule?. What the hell is the point of making an appointment if they?re not even going to allow me to attend it because of their terrible time management with other vehicles. Never come here and don?t trust them with your vehicle

Considering the amount of times I?ve been ripped off, talked down to and not been satisfied with some other garages in Thetford - Kwik Fit were fantastic today! Fixed all issues with my car for a reasonable price - went into detail about what the problems were over the phone and didn?t force any extra work on me which everywhere else has. 10/10 would recommend- friendly service and didn?t take long either.
