I haven't been to Jewsons for ages now.
I was surprised to see the sawmill closed.
But still got served ok.
But the main reason I'm doing this review is because of a brilliant member of staff who assisted me (Matt) has been dragged up properly, with manners and great customer service skills I couldn't ask for better.

Ordered a small amount of stock for our DIY project, £370 later we were told that our delivery would be with us the next day, we waited in all day, did not turn up, so we rang them to be told that our delivery would be early next day because tool hire had an emergency.
Jewsons in the past have great but on this occasion they let themselves down. They were quick enough to take our money after sales debatable.

On bank holidays if you are open please be open. If shut, please be shut, and make it clear. I can respect that. Drove 7 miles to Watton at 10:30 a.m. May day. Despite the claim you would be open, you were shut. Wasted journey.
