“The two Gentlemen that helped us were so great. G avin was very efficient and called around places for us and kept us enterined while waiting for call backs. There was absolutely no pressure to buy on the spot (I'm very indecisive) they both talked to us with knowledge and respect. (Unlike a few carpet places we had been to in Bury st Edmunds) it was well worth going a little further afield. Martin went the extra mile for us, he's a lovely man and very helpful. I'll definitely be going back here when I need my next room doing. Thanks so much to you both”

“Lovely courtyard cafe and retail area that we visited during our stay at centerparcs nearby. The giftshop is excellent, and we quickly purchased several items once in there. Staff are friendly too. The café was busy, but we were served quickly nonetheless. There's plenty of seating indoors and out. Really enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine. It's worth a visit if you are just a mile away in centerparcs and fancy getting out of the forest for a change of scenery.”

“The British Heart Foundation in Thetford is a great charity shop that has a lot of bargains and you'd be surprised to find not only good quality used products and furniture but also brand-new too!I needed to find something for when I moved to a new place in Thetford and I bought a few things from here and the staff are always wonderful. The place is spotless and it's also right next to the bus station too meaning it's easy to locate this place.I would recommend it.”

“I've been to Wickes Thetford several times and I thought it was a reasonably big shop with a lot of products to suit all home improvement projects. I've found the staff to be lovely and they've always been very helpful to my enquires and I appreciated the paints I was being recommended to buy, it's such a wonderful colour and I found this to be really high quality.”

“Very impressed with customer focus. Had an issue on an egg chair that was boxed and couldn’t have been known by the staff. They dealt with brilliantly, the manager was 5* and seemingly tries to set a high standard throughout the store. Leading any staff team these days is far from easy and mistakes will always occur and so it’s a measure of how the problem is remedied and I cannot fault the approach. Delighted with product too. Well done!”

“I used click and collect to get my laptop, it was an easy process and just showed my email and my identifcation and I got it. When my laptop was not working I came in here and they sorted it out for me. It's a good place and they have a wide range of electronic devices for sale.”
