I used their free bike health check service and I was very satisfied with it. They were very thorough but not pushy about the repairs needed. The brakes need changing which they did for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them.

Went in to test out a new business accountGreeted with several friendly professional individuals all very much willing to help.Explained that this was my first time using the account and we all worked through what I had access to, they explained the services and restrictions.Agreed on a winter kit which consisted of screen wash, scraper, de-icer and de-misterScanned items slight difficulty with system recognising a item but was quickly resolved and with a smile and an apology.Took relevant details confirmed ID and scanned business card all went through.Very smooth and have no problem going back and using them for the other services discovered.
