Went in to test out a new business accountGreeted with several friendly professional individuals all very much willing to help.Explained that this was my first time using the account and we all worked through what I had access to, they explained the services and restrictions.Agreed on a winter kit which consisted of screen wash, scraper, de-icer and de-misterScanned items slight difficulty with system recognising a item but was quickly resolved and with a smile and an apology.Took relevant details confirmed ID and scanned business card all went through.Very smooth and have no problem going back and using them for the other services discovered.

I've came to Halfords in Thetford to pick my electric bike (twice) and it's been a wonderful experience, I like the fact I can buy my bike and pay a little extra for the bike to be assembled professionally and then it just means I can go to pick it up. It's a great service and I've never had a negative experience here.I've only had to pick up my bike twice since people kept stealing my bike, but I've certainly learnt to keep a decent quality lock on the bike. The staff are always happy to answer any questions and to assist with products as I struggled to find a light to let me see in the dark, and they were great with me.The only issue I have is that the bikes are upstairs and it can be a bit heavy especially with electric bikes but I've always been able to get a member of staff to lift it up for me for maintaine.

I took my electric scooter into the store and asked if they could fix my back wheel and the answer from them was no they haven?t got time to be messing about with a back tyre it?s just pure laziness had aslo purchased 3 e scooter intertubes in the past week and all 3 of them had punctures so have now had to try and replace them from a better company who are now going to be doing my e scooter rather than Halfords Thetford

I'd like to make it clear from the start that this review is for my last visit only, as I have always been satisfied with Halfords service prior to that.In this instance, I had purchased a DAB audio system for my car and this was the day of fitting.My first disappointment came pretty soon in the procedure as I was told that it would take two hours for the fitting and that there was no seating area for customers, as it had been decided that the space that used to be for customer waiting/seating could be better utilised as extra area for product placement. There was nowhere else to go in the immediate area so I decided to walk around the store for as long as I could before the time came that I'd seen everything at least twice and decided to go outside and sit on a small wall. Then the rain came. I had to abandon the wall and go back inside the store to view all of Halfords' products for a third time. I finally gave in and bought some wiper blades that I had not legislated for.The rain stopped again and I went back to my wall. Two hours had elapsed by now and my car showed no sign, or anywhere near, of having a fully fitted audio system. In fact, I noticed that the person that had been fitting it had gone off, together with a colleague, and they were looking at the car of the chap that had been done before me. There was obviously a problem with his fitting and he'd brought his car straight back. Fair enough. But I'm sitting there like a lemon waiting for the return of the rain. Fortunately the rain had not returned but my fitter had, after thirty to forty minutes away, and carried on with the job.At the three hour mark the fitter went inside, with a certain sense of urgency, only to be replaced by someone seemingly more senior who then broke the bad news to me that that wrong fascia had been ordered/sent for my car and that they would have to reorder and I would have to come back. As I had a week's holiday booked for the following week, for which I would have liked to have had a DAB radio fitted to my car as a lot of it entailed driving, I would have to return in two weeks time in the hope that the correct fascia would be received by then.So, not a great experience, but we all know that **it happens. And the staff were all very friendly so I have no qualms about that. My main beef however was that a bad experience such as mine would have been a whole lot easier to take if Halfords had had a small seating area, like they used to have, to make the wait more comfortable and any disappointment a whole lot easier to take. And I had taken a book with me to read.All in all, not happy with this experience but I won't stop shopping at Halfords just because of it. BRING BACK THE SEATING AREAS!

Brought the bike in for a flat inner T, upon entering I was greeted by a very courteous dude at reception, when I went to the lady upstairs for the bike repairs she was very friendly but professional, it had been a while since someone had called me ?sir? so many times ? - after a quick chat it turned out that I had upgrades I could afford to make to ensure the tyres didn?t flatten so often, as I need the bike for work, and I hinted my gears might need a touch up, Amy was very quick with her work and showed great mechanical knowledge, as a Chemical Engineer (better than mechanics ???) - I could see the passion and commitment to the role, and the service, after so much good work it came out super cheap (I had a new chain added and the brakes adjusted slightly) - (I know Amy doesn?t control Halfords prices, that was more there to give y?all yet another reason to go there) - thank you Amy, thank you Halfords team ???Michael Old Subway Careera
