We hadn?t realised Vodafone even had a branch in Thetford until today. But what a find ! Although the shop is small, manned only by Sean, there were NO queues. He dealt with our queries efficiently and professionally and we came away with a better contract than our current one which was coming to an end. It?s a shame we couldn?t give six stars ! He certainly deserves a pay rise !!

I visited the store today for the first time with a somewhat complicated problem moving my mobile to a Vodafone account. Sean spent sometime resolving my problem in a very methodical , professional and calm manner. He was very helpful throughout the session and knew who to contact to help resolve my problem. A job very well done and appreciated. I would recommend the store to all. 10 out of 10 deserved.
