Low quality furniture. After about 6 months my sofa cushions are flat and hurt our lower backs. Even the arm rest cushions have split in the middle and all I feel is the hard wood underneath. Definitely regret it.

There's a reasonable range of goods at competitive prices. But best of all is the excellent customer service. This is my first port of call for mattresses furniture and flooring.

Please avoid this store at every possible way. Guy who served me today extremely rude and inpatient. Zero tolerance and ignorance at every level. Was making me feel like idiot at one point. Zero interest me purchasing floor. Will not be back there again. Extremely poor customer service.

(Posted on behalf of my mother.)No problem with the store and ordering the carpet but the fitting was a nightmare.The room had been cleared apart from the three piece and the fitter went mad, dragged the sofa across the room,literally threw the cushions. He then said the carpet wasn't big enough so would have to have a join. I told him 4 metres was enough but he insisted it wasn't. He had it right up the wall on one side and cut a lot off then put little bits in the alcoves with a join going accross. He then said there are dirty marks on it, it must be off your floor. The floor had been vacuumed before he came. He had been walking on it with his shoes on all the time until then but took them off after that. He then got white spirit and cleaned the marks so the room doesn't smell like you'd imagine after having new carpet! The final thing was he had a horrendous cough and said don't get near me but he said it wasn't covid. Still not good for an elderly customer.Have had carpets from here before and not had this problem but would not want this person in my house ever again.

Bought a Lovely Static 3 seater sofa on New year's eve, paid half on the day and then paid in full in February, the sofa arrived yesterday the 14th of March. The lady who rang was polite and helpful and the workmen where very careful with it. I opted for them to take my old sofa away through there recycling scheme, and upon delivery all of the packaging was taken away. It's comfortable and very well built, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Cosy Carpet's Thetford Norfolk. Also we will be going back to buy a lovely big rug as they have some great stuff for sale. Appreciate the ease of all of it, 5 Stars well deserved.

Super friendly staff, not pushy, you feel wanted!. They were helpful through every step of choosing exactly what you want! with lots of choices. A lovely show room, with wonderful furniture and lots more. We bought two beds with headboards and carpet they couldn't have done more. keep it up! We will be back.
