I really like this coffee shop, and the Costa brand. The coffees are very tasty as well as the food. The price is welcome in comparison to other brands. It does get a bit noisy in the shop and is often packed on a Saturday late morning. The staff are friendly.

It was totally packed out to mark Remembrance Sunday. I had quite a wait for around 15 minutes, but the staff was really pushing out orders and getting the queue down. Quite a few empty places to sit in and staff clearing as customers left. Good team work ?

Lovely place, great for coffee and scones and a lot more if you want it. Quiet time so very fast service. Lovely sitting outside with views of Thetford high street ( traffic free zone).
It is quite expensive .

Just had a bracing dog walk & popped into drive through at Costa Thetford for the first time-to treat myself to a nice hot coffee to warm up. Hadn?t noticed the speaker to place my order so I pulled up at the window-where 2 individuals stood sniggering and exchanging glances for several minutes until one opened the window and told me off for not using the speaker. She then grudgingly took my order, but continued sniggering along with her colleague until I said to ?it?s not that funny surely? she agreed but continued with a smirk and still laughing in a way that was clearly meant to make me feel uncomfortable. The coffee was fine, but I wished I hadn?t bothered as I ended the morning feeling stressed & irritated thanks to this rude and ignorant person. Will not be going back.

Had our festive drinks here today and took cake home for lunch.Safe to say the carrot cake wasn?t put out freshly today or yesterday!So hard and dry. Very disappointing!
