So disappointed today. I went in as it?s my favourite place to go (I love me some older solid furniture!)
We were looking for sofas today, and trying to see how they felt, with that, my 1 year old climbed up and nearly fell, my husband quickly caught him by putting his foot up near the sofa (not ON, but it touched it).
WHOEVER the weird man was who came out and started talking about ?you out your foot on the sofa? and was hassling and leery, needs to go. We went in to buy that sofa we found, left to go elsewhere and spend money.
Didnt appreciate it.

I'm extremely disappointed with the delivery service I received from this shop. Despite paying for delivery, I was told that same-day delivery was not possible on a Saturday, and we scheduled an alternative delivery for the following Saturday. However, the order was not delivered until the end of the day, and when I contacted your team, I was informed that the driver was unable to locate my address. What's even more frustrating is that I was not notified or contacted about the delivery issue, which suggests a lack of consideration for customers' time and schedules. As a paying customer, I expect a more professional and customer-centric approach, especially when it comes to delivery. It's unacceptable that your delivery te couldn't accommodate my availability and failed to communicate with me about the delivery. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and improve your delivery services to value your customers' time and business.

The British Heart Foundation in Thetford is a great charity shop that has a lot of bargains and you'd be surprised to find not only good quality used products and furniture but also brand-new too!I needed to find something for when I moved to a new place in Thetford and I bought a few things from here and the staff are always wonderful. The place is spotless and it's also right next to the bus station too meaning it's easy to locate this place.I would recommend it.

They all go above and beyond and their customer service is exceptional.Special thanks to Rob and Kirsty who helped me source a riser recliner chair for my Auntie. They went the extra mile helping me! It take a special person to do the work .you do under stressful circumstances. Your work is very much appreciated by myself and my family.I would also like to say special thanks tothe delivery drivers William and Simon for delivering the chair to my Auntie and showing your kindness to her.

Found this shop last year when we moved to Thetford. Have furnished all of our flat with items from here. Great prices and fantastic staff. Still go in a couple of times a week just to browse, would definitely recommend.

Phoned ahead to see if they had what we wanted, they put a sticker on to ensure it didnâ??t go before we got there. We arrived, paid and collected all in 10 minutes. Helpful staff, friendly attitudes and great stock for great prices. All to help a fantastic cause. Really could not have a higher opinion, will be returning.

This shop has gone down hill since Eric left. Will not buy from here again due to rude staff and can drivers. Such a shame.

This is a great store with nice used pieces of furniture, keep in mind that all of the employees are volunteers. Each person I've interacted with is great but if they aren't quick to be available to help you or are busy, be patient.
