The staff at the British Heart Foundation in Kings Street, Thetford do a great job, often in a volunteer role. Today though, I was somewhat spoken to in an 'unpolite' manner by one member of staff (another was very polite) when i raised concerns over an 'untagged' scaffolding outside the shop, and missing signage board and fittings (screwcaps) to protect members of the public. Some staff training in 'customer service' may be needed in this particular shop.

So expensive, picked up some well worn sketchers expecting £5-£8 but £20! Is mad. Then later I looked at a Levi?s top again expecting about £5 but £21 is insane. Charity shops were meant to be cheap and a cheaper option with people who don?t want to spend new, but you?re nearly paying new prices, with Vinted, eBay ect.. you can?t be pricing your items like that as you go on Vinted and get them for £3-£7

Went to B heart foundation today to purchase an item spoke to the assistant explaining the item is only £1 99p cheaper than purchases in curry's she replied very rudely well go and get it from there I'm sorry i will not enter the shop if the assistant is working there that is no way to talk to customers

Incredibly Rude employee, witnessed an employee/volunteer snap at a foreign customer for a simple misunderstanding. The employee spoke down at this woman with a completely vicious tone and a raised voice, when the customer had done nothing wrong whatsoever (simply asked a question). I no longer really wish to shop here anymore knowing how this employee is treating customers.

A well organised shop and such a worthwhile cause. Regret to say, not many bargains here. Most 'interesting' stuff is well sorted and internet priced. You would do better to buy a real bargain on ebay and donate the price difference to the charity.
