Asked to use toilet in early hours of today (1/10/21) and was told no despite telling the guy I had a bowel disease and was pretty desperate and was point blankly refused! Even shown them my \\\"can't wait card\\\"and it normally helps but on this occasion it didn't!

Nice friendly staff. Keyfuels taken here which saves me queueing at the dreadful keyfuels station in Felixstowe.
