Boots Eye test good. Chose glasses, paid the required amount then 3 hours later I was contacted by Boots to say they had charged me the wrong amount and needed to pay £200 extra as they had made a mistake. Dreadful service.

I have it that score because the Oct test they wanted £25 on top of an eye test where other options it is included with the main eye test price. The glasses were minimum £40 and for reflective coating it would have been an extra £40 on top
