I have used the Belvoir Sales and Lettings through the Attleborough Office for nearly 20 years. I have seen a number of staff turnovers in this time. I have consistently received excellent service from them. They have always been quick to respond, always making sure I am well informed. Their advice has been sound, always fair and reasonable which I have particularly appreciated. They have found good tenants and been able to keep them and myself happy. I have recently sold a property with them which did not go as smoothly as expected, although they were not responsible for this. They took on every problem managing it and taking responsibility for a solution. They were the voice of reason and sense, pragmatic and empathy at all times. Their team work, for me over the years, has ensured a great service from their central answering system to their accounts, admin staff and Anthony their man who ran my sale for me, and indeed the Franchise owner who bothered to call when things were not going well. I would highly recommend them as an estate and letting agent.

Anthony and his staff went above and beyond to find us a buyer, sadly it didn't happen.This was certainly thro no lack of trying on his behalf. As the market is not very favourable at the moment we have decided to wait until Spring.We shall definitely be using Belvoir again.

I've recently purchased a property through Belvoir and I must say they've been great! I have personally been liasing with Anthony Jackman and he's been brilliant. No doubt he's made the process run a lot quicker and smoother, resulting in completion after just 2 months. Another thing to add and something I personally appreciated, he was very quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. Keep up the good work guys! Would definitely use again!

Very good experience again, I had an issue with electricity in my house. I was able to speak to someone right away and Megan and the whole team helped me out from the beginning. They made sure someone came out to the property in a decent time to fix this issue. Very thankful for the Belvoir Bury Saint Edmunds team!
