I received hours for community service and served them here and honestly I finished my hours maybe three months ago and I still come down to volunteer the team here are so lovely and funny and they?re very genuine people, such an amazing team to work with. I never think twice about coming to spend a few hours here I feel very welcome and like a member of the team, there?s no judgement here just happy people and good times. Keep it up Bernardo?s ??

I have found the best Charity Shop here in Thetford with lovely helpful people! Exciting shop full of interesting items plus wonderful William Morris gifts. Whenever I pass I have to go into the bright and cheerful shop and always come out with a great bargain. I have recently bought a pair of new Sketchers shoes plus new slippers for a fraction of their cost. Super! Wendy Carter

Erica was extremely rude to me and my 3,5 years old daughter ! We have visited Barnardo?s charity shop in Thetford today around 16:50 and my little daughter really wanted blue Cinderella dress as well as some puzzles, play spirala and playing mat. We were there only few minutes and Erica said to my little one to hurry up because she is closing down soon, my girl replied ok, ok and started to take toys out to pack them in her bike trailer, she was confused. Erica than said rudely that she took one toy out and need to bring back now ! I explained to my daughter that we need to pay first but she replied that lady told her to hurry up ! She was so confused! Finally when I paid the bill, my little one asked if she can wear her new blue dress so I said yes, let?s quickly change it, when Erica heard this, she said again rudely and loud that she want to shut this doors now ! It was 16:59 when we left shop. It will be on the last till transaction. I asked Erica for her name and told her that her behaviour was unacceptable, especially towards 3,5 years old child, if she wanted to shop early, she could of told us and we wouldn?t of come. Erica than said ?whatever ?. I think she need serious retraining ! I try to teach my daughter to shop at charity shops because that?s helping people, other charity shops workers are so polite. I will avoid this charity shop now and please investigate because you may be loosing customers just because one of employee being rude.

Due to working at this premises I have a lot to say but just a small space to say it the staff are always welcoming and helpful and offer Gift Aid for people who are paying their taxes so I can get 25p out of every pound that is donated to them they have always got new items in for Christmas and for the raffles so it's always worth a look
