I left and whent to wicks . Full line and only oan til to pay cash , and the cshier thalking none stop in sted to do her job fast i left the produckts and whent to another shop . Any bq store customer service is the worst ever . No oan whants to help always hiding from help customers . I hope oan day a bether competition comes to the uk . Bq should shut down

I honestly don?t know where to begin, I?m so frustrated with the whole situation. I went to B&Q today to rent a rug doctor for my carpet. I took it to my car went to put it in the boot and my boot got flooded with water as they did not empty it from its last user!!! My partner went it to mention what happened and they just said that?s unfortunate! So we get home with the rug doctor and went to use it only to find out they did not clean it from its last user and it has absolutely ruined my carpet! I will be returning it tomorrow and will most definitely be leaving a second review on how that goes! Because this is unacceptable, how has this not been quality checked!!

Customer service is awful, after failing to add colour to some paint we had made (machine error or operation error??) plus paint was old and had hard bits of paint throughout they struggled to accept any responsibility or apologies. This store management is a let down for B&Q. We have had to make 2 40 mile trips to correct issue

Not bad review just thought there should be a age restriction on self service like in tesco where you can buy alcohol it stops until someone approves it. The self service doesn't seem to do that at b&q

I popped in today to pick up some flooring. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, especially Charlie who went above and beyond, helping me out to the car and even helping me load. We?ll done Charlie and thank you again ?

I use thetford a lot to buy from for it?s convenience but I?ve been back twice to gain a refund for some paint as the first visit for this ending with myself being told to contact Valspar however after contacting Valspar they stated that the issue should have been resolved by the B and Q store. So on the second visit in this issue it?s has been resolved. I Would like to thank Tim at Thetford for his knowledge and professionalism today in resolving this issue.
